Hello sayeed and zinnia,
It should be possible, as long as you have a medical degree from a university that is recognised by Socialstyrelsen. The usual steps for fresh medical graduates from outside of the EU, regardless of whether they have a medical license in their home country or not, are:
1. apply for recognition of education, get permits for living in Sweden, demonstrate proficiency in the Swedish language, and so on
2. complete and pass the TULE test or one of the supplementary years
3. apply for AT, complete AT, get Swedish medical license
4. apply for ST (specialist residency)
