Waiting list no.10 for KI, How big is my chance of getting i

Hello, and excuse my lack of Swedish skill
I had read some of the threads here and would like to ask you opinion about my chance of getting in since i dont know if there will be a big difference among universities in Sweden

My group is BI and I got reseved no. 10 for Biomedicine program at Karolinska
There are 45 people got amitted(antagna) in my group

I'm a little worry if KI normally admits an excessive amount of students in case of expected withdrawals or not

I've made a quick check in the statistics in antagning.se for 2016 and it looks like you have a great chance in the next selection U2.
