First you will need to:
* have your degree recognised by the NBHW (Socialstyrelsen)
* pass the TULE exam
* demonstrate sufficient ability in the Swedish language
After that you can apply for AT. Following the AT you take the AT test to get the Swedish medical license.

Hello Rahman and welcome to this forum!
Questions similar to yours have been answered before. You would probably benefit from browsing through the forum topic named
"Foreign medical graduates coming to Sweden".

You would be applying as a non-EU graduate. On Socialstyrelsens (The National Board of Health and Welfare) web page you'll find more information on the process and what forms to fill in.

A few months ago there was a thread regarding the later stages of the application process, where to find an AT-spot and a lot of good links to things that might help you in better understanding the process. Please check it out!
