As far as I know, it is only possible to do the SweSAT in Swedish - a big portion of the test, 60 of 160 points, concerns Swedish language skills.
English language skills are also tested and can award up to 20 points, though.

(Sadly, the English-language version is not updated to match the new SweSAT and you are probably better off using Google Translate - the translation might be slightly wonky but at least the facts should be reasonably accurate.)
